I have a masters degree in Biokinetics (from the University of Potchefstroom) and are registered at BASA and HPCSA.

I worked for 8 years as a qualified Biokineticist in Virgin Active in Claremont in Cape Town and now have a private practice from home and doing home visits in the Southern suburbs.

In my practice I now focus on Orthopedic rehabilitation and all things Bio :)
I'm also helping PIVOT with their exercise testing protocols.

I love all things active, and at the moment, especially trail running and Muay Thai. 

I'm a mom of 2 girls and i really love it!
